Rich has been applying his contact center skills and acknowledge over the past 30 years with Pepsi-Cola, Colgate-Palmolive, Starwood Hotels, Emigrant Bank, Montefiore Hospital, Northwell Health and most recently with Byram Healthcare.
While at Northwell Health he created and successfully launched the contact center for the 14 largest health system in America. During his time at Byram healthcare he not only turned around a sub-team and led a telephone migration, but also took them from a call center to an omni channel contact center leveraging technology.
Rich served on the Board of Directors for the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals (SOCAP) who are the global authority on customer service and contact centers. He has been quoted in the USA today newspaper on customer service and has won 5 awards during the course of his career. He hold a BBA degree from Mercy University and is completing his first book on Contact Center Leadership.
